I’ve had opportunities in many areas of the health system. It has been a most valuable learning experience. Over the years, I’ve seen how various department roles play into patient care. It’s helped me see the big picture.
In my support role, I get to help solve a lot of problems and build relationships with providers. I am also fortunate to have a great leader who has helped me grow in this role and supports me at all times.
Working in a smaller hospital, I feel like I have so many opportunities to learn, and my colleagues want to see me succeed.
