Illinois Hospital Report Card Act

In accordance with the Illinois Hospital Report Card Act [210 ILCS 86], the public has the right to access Memorial Health hospital nurse staffing information.

 

Request for nurse staffing information can be made in person between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at Memorial Health Human Resources located at 932 N. Rutledge St. or by calling the Human Resources Department at 217-788-3580.
