Memorial Health offers medical coverage plans for colleagues and their families, providing a high level of benefits and preventive care.
Cost-sharing amounts (deductibles, copays, out-of-pocket maximums, colleague premiums, etc.) will vary depending on the plan and number of dependents covered.
Colleagues who work 32 hours per two-week pay period are eligible for coverage. Every new colleague will meet one-on-one with a benefits expert to choose the options that are best for their specific situation.
Memorial Choice is a part of our medical plans and offers a variety of services at Memorial Care with no copay or coinsurance.

Flexible Spending Account
We offer two types of FSAs—a healthcare FSA and dependent care FSA:
- The healthcare FSA allows you to set aside tax-free dollars each year to pay for certain eligible medical, prescription drug, dental or vision expenses.
- The dependent care FSA allows you to contribute pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible dependent daycare expenses.
FSAs are available to all benefit-eligible colleagues.
Memorial Health has partnered with Fidelity to help manage your retirement savings. Colleagues who work at least 32 hours per two-week pay period are eligible for a 3% pre-tax match to their 401(k).

Employee Assistance Program & Colleague Wellness
On day one of employment, every Memorial colleague has access to the Memorial Employee Assistance Program to resolve a wide range of personal or mental health issues. Resources include marital and family counseling, crisis interventions, alcohol/drug counseling, eldercare support, financial counseling, identity theft support and legal issues. All interactions are kept confidential and are free to colleagues and their dependents.
Additionally, the Colleague Health department provides annual flu vaccines at no charge to all health system colleagues, as well as year-round health counseling.
