HOUSEKEEPER (382D)
Position Summary
The Housekeeper performs daily cleaning, sanitation, and supply restocking within assigned areas throughout Decatur Memorial Hospital and its affiliated properties. All duties are completed in accordance with established Environmental Services and Infection Prevention & Control procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary healthcare environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Schedule 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Alternating schedule consisting of three 11.5-hour shifts per week (approximately 40.5 hours weekly) 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM One 6-hour shift scheduled per pay period Weekend Rotation Includes one 12-hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday per pay period

Required Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: – Ability to lift objects and climb ladders as needed – Capable of performing tasks requiring moderate physical effort
