Join a dynamic environment where your expertise, compassion and dedication make a lasting impact.   What You’ll Do: · Provide expert nursing care, performing assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. · Administer medications, IV therapies and treatments with precision and adherence to physician orders. · Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans and discharge instructions. · Lead and coordinate care by supervising LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel. · Identify and mitigate safety risks, ensuring a secure and supportive patient environment. · Play an active role in quality improvement initiatives and the implementation of best practices.   Why Join Us?
