Position Summary
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Participate in monthly residency sessions, collaborating with fellow new RNs to share experiences and best practices.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that drive better patient care and safety.

Required Experience
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a compassionate and motivated new graduate RN eager to develop your clinical skills and provide high-quality patient care.
Education, Licensures & Certifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Active or pending RN license in Illinois
- BLS certification required
Experience:
