- Defines and facilitates the operational processes for cybersecurity risk in collaboration with IS Security including the reporting and oversight of treatment efforts to address negative findings.
- Liaises with the enterprise architecture team to build alignment between the security and enterprise (reference) architectures, thus ensuring that cybersecurity requirements are implicit in these architectures and security is built in by design
- Develops and oversees effective resilience policies and standards to align with the enterprise resilience program goals, with the realization that components supporting primary business processes may be outside the corporate perimeter
- Coordinates the development of implementation of Information Services incident response plans and procedures to ensure that business-critical service technologies are recovered in the event of a security event; provides operational direction, support and in-house consulting in these areas
- Develop, implement, and oversee IS business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the organization’s resilience against disruptions, safeguarding critical systems, data, and operations while aligning with overall cybersecurity and business objectives.
- Facilitates metrics and reporting framework to measure Information Services efficiency and effectiveness of the program, facilitates appropriate resource allocation, and increases the maturity of the cybersecurity operations, and reviews it with stakeholders. Lead and operationalize a strategic, comprehensive cybersecurity program that ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets while aligning security operations with IS business goals to maintain safety, privacy, reliability, and resilience. Define and manage IAM program that balances access with compliance and confidentiality and business requirements.
- Implements the cybersecurity I&O operations and operating model in coordination with cybersecurity department and aligned with the risk management approach and compliance monitoring of non-digital risk area
- Follow all risk remediation protocols to ensure issues are mitigated, risks are accounted for and exceptions are tracked in accordance with frameworks, policies and standards set by the organization
- Documents formal, technical incident reports for consumption by infrastructure teams and senior leadership
- Provides infrastructure teams with incident support, including mitigating actions to contain activity and advisory for remedial actions.
- Carries out root cause analysis and investigations to advise on prevention mechanisms and configuration changes.
- Maintains professional growth and development through continuing education, seminars, workshops and professional affiliations.

Required Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and 5 years of experience to successfully perform the Principle Duties & Responsibilities of the job.
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT as well as those from NIST, including 800-53 and Cybersecurity Framework
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
- Desired: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or other similar credentials
Experience:
- Experience in qualities/skill set evident on resume
- Experience with the following systems preferred:
- Experience with risk assessment, incident response, and security audits.
- Familiar with DevOps security concepts and best practices, and be able to integrate security into the DevOps pipeline
- Familiar with cloud security concepts and best practices, as well as the security features and capabilities of major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Familiar with security automation tools and techniques, and be able to use them to automate security tasks and improve the efficiency of the SOC.
- Experienced decision-maker with a proven track record of weighing relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identifying the most appropriate option.
- Experience managing enterprise security solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, intrusion prevention systems, security information and event management (SIEM) systems, security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) platforms, and other security tools and technologies.

Service Requisitions:
- Collaborate with Nursing Material Specialists to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Review new supplies and equipment upon arrival, validating accuracy and placement.
- Send service requisitions to interdisciplinary departments.
- Facilitate equipment maintenance with Biomed or the appropriate department.
Unit Operations:
- Complete basic patient care tasks as directed by the registered nurse.
- Serve, monitor, and collect food trays and utensils.

- Assist in safety checks upon patient admission and room checks.
- Expedite timely patient admission, discharge, and transfer to facilitate flow.

Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a security officer, in law enforcement, or in the military is required.
- One year of secretarial or comparable clerical experience is strongly preferred.
- At least one year of Memorial Health security experience is preferred.

Required Experience

Environmental Factors
Will be exposed to dangers of assault and hazard resulting from investigation of alarms, confronting suspicious persons, calls for service, and other breaches of the peace. Must have ability to perform job functions outdoors in inclement weather; must be available to work on shift and be subject to on-call. Occasional involvement in patient restraint.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Must be able to stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods. Occasional stooping, kneeling, bending, stretching and extension of arms is required. Occasional running is required.
- Must be able to rapidly climb up five flights of stairs while carrying a ten pound fire extinguisher. Must be able to move fifty pounds to waist level using proper body mechanics.
- Must have visual acuity and field of vision sufficient or correctable to see suspicious activity/persons, or unsafe/out of norm conditions day and night.
- Must have near visual acuity sufficient or correctable to read reports, work with records and files, and view CCTV monitors.
- Must have hearing sufficient or correctable to notice unusual noises, alarms, radio calls and pages, and calls for help. Must possess assisted coordination/ability in both hands sufficient to lock/unlock doors, type, open doors, and operate a two-way radio, write notes, hold, carry and manipulate items.

- Understands business and information technology management processes and demonstrates advanced understanding of business processes, identity-first security, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards.
- Fosters an understanding of the need for and application of IAM system, and supports decision-making with appropriate business users
- Ensure systems comply with relevant security standards and regulations, such as PCI DSS, HIPAA,.
- Strong understanding of risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, IT security architecture, and IT regulatory compliance
- Work with IT architects and engineers to design and connect APIs, services and applications to IAM systems.

Required Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or a related field.
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
- Cyber Security Certification preferred
- OKTA Certified Professional
- SailPoint IdentityNow Certification (Azure Entra ID, Okta, Sailpoint, Saviynt, CyberArc, BeyondTrust.)
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification preferred
Experience:
- Technical: knowledge of relevant IT infrastructure and security concepts (system administration, networking, operating systems, and security protocols). Experience in computer science or related field is essential.
- IAM Concepts: must be familiar with IAM principles (such as authentication, authorization, provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege access).
- Architecture: Hands-on experience with developing/architecting solutions using two or more leading IAM Solution providers such as Azure Entra ID, Okta, Sailpoint, Saviynt, CyberArc, BeyondTrust
- Script Writing: Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Python, to automate IAM tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of MFA, risk based and adaptive access control and protocols such as OpenID Connect, SAML, OAuth 2.0 and SCIM
- Strong understanding of risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, IT security architecture, and IT regulatory compliance
- Five years of experience in technology implementation, including three years in developing, implementing, and architecting information systems and three years technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into client’s infrastructure and applications.
