For those pursuing a degree in radiology, sonography, respiratory therapy, surgical technology, nursing (BSN)*, or nurse anesthesia (CRNA), the Horizons Program provides a unique opportunity. By giving you the hands-on training and financial support you need to succeed, you can secure your future employment with Memorial Health.
*Eligible students must be enrolled at University of Chicago College of Nursing-Springfield Regional Campus.

Eligibility
The Horizons Program is open to external candidates and current colleagues of Memorial Health who are in their first year of program study and will graduate in May 2026.
Requirements
To qualify, you must be enrolled in an accredited allied health program that aligns with Memorial’s workforce needs. You must also maintain the minimum required GPA and have completed all prerequisite coursework.
Getting Started
To get started, complete an employment application and an interview as part of the competitive selection process. Individuals who are selected for the Horizons Program must maintain satisfactory academic progress, have no active corrective actions on file and exhibit behaviors that align with Memorial’s values.
