  • Home Health Services: Accredited by the Joint Commission, our licensed, Medicare-certified, not-for-profit home healthcare agency provides a broad selection of home health services. You can make a difference in home nursing, home health aide services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, wound care, and dietary assistance.
  • Hospice Care: Our not-for-profit hospice serves 14 counties throughout central Illinois. You’ll have a positive impact through a wide array of services by providing physical, emotional, and spiritual care. Throughout all of our services, you’ll enhance quality of life for the patient, and provide the support families need through the hospice journey.
  • Medical Equipment: Serving 18 counties throughout central Illinois, we are a full-service medical equipment company specializing in oxygen and respiratory services, sleep therapy, mobility and rehab technology, bath safety, pain management, women’s health, and aids to daily living. We have retail locations in Springfield, Jacksonville, Lincoln, and Taylorville, Illinois. So you’ll have more options and opportunities for career flexibility and advancement.

To provide a continuum of care, Memorial Health was formed in 1981. The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Central Illinois became a part of Memorial Health in 1984, offering a complete range of home-based nursing services, therapies and social services.

In 1986, Memorial Health formed Memorial HomeCare to offer a resource for a variety of durable medical equipment and professional services for patients at home.
