Built in 2011, Lincoln Memorial Hospital (LMH) is a 25-bed critical access hospital. LMH provides a full range of inpatient, outpatient, home health, hospice, behavioral health and primary care physician services.
In 2019, LMH earned the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives HealthCare’s Most Wired recognition as a certified level 7. The Most Wired program conducts an annual survey to assess how effectively healthcare organizations apply core and advanced technologies into their clinical and business programs to improve health and care in their communities.
In 2022, LMH received the Greenhealth Partner for Change Award in recognition of sustainability efforts. Only the top 20% of applicants receive this award. In 2023, The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) announced the second consecutive designation of LMH as a Pathway to Excellence® hospital, making it one of only 201 nursing teams across the nation and only two in Illinois to earn the status. The award recognizes LMH as a hospital that demonstrates a commitment to establishing a healthy workplace for colleagues.
Lincoln Memorial Hospital also hosts the Community Health Collaborative. This initiative connects healthcare providers, organizations, businesses, private individuals and churches as part of our mission to improve the health of community members.
