Works in the Compensation department focusing purely on jobs and structures in the organization. The OD Specialist maintains the processes for the job creation, job evaluation, organizational structure design and organizational change rules. The specialist closely collaborates with other areas in HR to make sure all systems are aligned.

Required Skills
- Maintains the methodology for the job creation and the job evaluation
- Maintains the job matrix of all jobs in the organization
- Audits the business units as the potential changes of job descriptions are identified
- Maintains the job evaluation methodology
- Evaluates new job descriptions and puts them into the job matrix
- Checks the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures
- Facilitates the process of the new job position creation
- Provides job creation training for managers and HR Business Partners
- Cooperates with Compensation Analysts on the grading of job positions and assigning the correct PG/salary
- Conducts regular audits of the organizational structure and recommends changes to make the organization more efficient

Required Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or health related field is required.
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
- N/A
Experience:
- Experience consulting in organizational design, operating model design, process design, process re-engineering, capability mapping and design, project management, or human resources required.
