Stronger Resources. Better Outcomes.

For the Behavioral Health professional at Memorial Health, one thing will always remain the same: We are here to improve the health of the people and communities we serve. And we continue to welcome people like you, those who live and breathe this unique passion and purpose.

What has changed over the years? It’s how we accomplish this goal. In addition to providing care for patients outside of the hospital setting, we are integrating our services into the community and care continuum through clinics and providers. Which means you’ll have the opportunity to practice as part of a multidisciplinary team, one that follows a holistic model of care.

As a member of our team, you’ll be empowered to make a greater, more positive impact through the expansive learning and development resources we offer. Here’s what you can achieve with Memorial Health in your role as:

And we’ll support you with growth opportunities and resources, including leadership courses, training on specialized topics, and PTO for your external continuing education pursuits.

Behavioral Health Consultant (LCSW or LCPC): In addition to helping patients and families on a daily basis, you can help move your career forward with such meaningful activities as program development. We offer advancement opportunities into leadership and support your progress with educational assistance and CEU opportunities.

Residential Assistant (HS diploma or GED): As the friend who always understands, you’ll have the opportunity to help people within a residential treatment setting cope with behavioral health issues. You’ll ensure that the daily needs of adult patients are met. We’ll ensure that your professional needs are addressed, with comprehensive training and development resources.

Recovery Specialist (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related): Be the one person adults, adolescents, and children trust the most in the most challenging times.
