The Administrative Assistant at Memorial Cancer Care plays a key role in supporting the staff by providing essential clerical services to ensure the efficient operation of the department. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and managing the organization of documents required for accreditation processes. The position also involves planning and coordinating weekly Cancer Conferences, maintaining up-to-date attendance records, and ensuring databases are accurate. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for prioritizing and distributing information from phone calls and mail and performing other tasks as needed to support the team’s daily functions. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication, organization, and administrative support within Memorial Cancer Care .

Required Experience

Education and/or Other Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
