As a Level I Trauma Center with five procedure rooms, our teams perform a broad range of procedures in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, including coronary and vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures, structural heart procedures, permanent pacemaker/ICD implants, and high-acuity electrophysiology (EP) ablations and studies.
This is supported by state-of-the-art equipment for cardiac and vascular cases, such as Siemens Artis fluoroscopy/imaging systems. We are also implementing our EMR with Epic Cupid, and MERGE is being replaced by GE Mac-Lab.

Who qualifies?
Full-time Cath Lab Special Procedure Technologists in the Springfield Memorial Hospital Cath Lab Department (after completing orientation).
What’s the incentive?
Earn an additional $20 per hour** on hours worked during each incentive period.
What hours count?
Included: regularly scheduled worked hours, overtime and call-back hours.
Not included: on-call, PTO, sick time, holiday pay, in-service training, orientation or other paid leave.
How do I get paid?
Receive a lump-sum bonus payout every four weeks. Subject to standard payroll taxes. Must be actively employed at time of payout.
Is the incentive guaranteed?
The incentive is contingent on maintaining productivity levels.
How long does this incentive program last?
This is a limited-time, 12-month program that will be reevaluated in the 2027 calendar year.
