TST colleagues will be treated as an internal colleague because you are an internal colleague. One of the many benefits of the TST program is the ability to maintain the unique experience and challenges of traveling while working as a full-time colleague.
As a full-time colleague of Memorial Health, you’ll have access to Memorial Health benefits. This includes our comprehensive health and dental plans, 401k retirement account and paid time off (PTO).
Each assignment begins as a 13-week engagement with the potential to be extended if approved.
To serve the greatest area of need, TST colleagues may be required to transfer across affiliates as needed. This could occur after, or during, an assignment. However, you are not required to float mid-shift.
TST colleagues can expect a pay package that is highly competitive with other Agency Traveler assignments. Rate of pay is subject to change and is determined by local and national market trends/analysis.
TST colleagues may be asked to work holidays and weekends within their assignment duration.
To be eligible for the Memorial Traveling Support Team, a candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:
Eligible TST colleagues will have a minimum of three years’ experience practicing in the specialty area they are being considered for.
TST colleagues will travel between Memorial Health’s affiliate locations and be expected to adapt quickly to new responsibilities. Because of this skill requirement, candidates must also have one or more years of experience as a traveler in addition to the required specialty experience.
TST colleagues will go through the same pre-employment process as all Memorial new hires.
Memorial TST colleagues will rotate between these care locations:
