Memorial Traveling Support Team

A New Approach to Staffing the Critical Needs of Our Imaging Departments

We are hiring

credentialed imaging professionals in sonography, CT, MR and general radiography (X-ray).

The Memorial Traveling Support Team (TST) is our new, internally managed travel program. This new program offers TST colleagues the same flexibility and competitive pay of a traveler, but with the added benefits of being an organization’s full-time employee.

This initiative is part of Memorial’s effort to improve the lives of our community and our staff. As the first of its kind in the region, this team will provide more stability in staffing and help us continue our mission to provide excellent care and fulfilling careers.

Program Overview

Travel as an Internal Colleague

TST colleagues will be treated as an internal colleague because you are an internal colleague. One of the many benefits of the TST program is the ability to maintain the unique experience and challenges of traveling while working as a full-time colleague.

Access to Memorial Health Benefits

As a full-time colleague of Memorial Health, you’ll have access to Memorial Health benefits. This includes our comprehensive health and dental plans, 401k retirement account and paid time off (PTO).

Travel Assignments

Each assignment begins as a 13-week engagement with the potential to be extended if approved.

Affiliate Rotation

To serve the greatest area of need, TST colleagues may be required to transfer across affiliates as needed. This could occur after, or during, an assignment. However, you are not required to float mid-shift.

Competitive Travel Pay

TST colleagues can expect a pay package that is highly competitive with other Agency Traveler assignments. Rate of pay is subject to change and is determined by local and national market trends/analysis.

Weekend and Holiday Requirements

TST colleagues may be asked to work holidays and weekends within their assignment duration.

Program Requirements

To be eligible for the Memorial Traveling Support Team, a candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:

Three Years of Experience

Eligible TST colleagues will have a minimum of three years’ experience practicing in the specialty area they are being considered for.

Experience as a Traveler

TST colleagues will travel between Memorial Health’s affiliate locations and be expected to adapt quickly to new responsibilities. Because of this skill requirement, candidates must also have one or more years of experience as a traveler in addition to the required specialty experience.

Pre-Employment Requirements

TST colleagues will go through the same pre-employment process as all Memorial new hires.

The Memorial Travel Network

Memorial TST colleagues will rotate between these care locations:
